The term 'Studio Seventeen', ‘us’ or ‘we' refers to the owner of the website whose office is, Studio Seventeen Clothing Ltd, 9 Owen Street, Deansgate, Manchester. M15 4TP. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You should check the Website on a regular basis to review the latest and current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you, the viewer.
SHOPPING WITH STUDIO SEVENTEEN
We will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Website.
You place an order with us by ordering via our online store and the checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any unforeseen errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and shipping option. By receiving an automatic order acknowledgement does not mean that we will be always able to meet your order in full or at all, in this case we will refund you for anything that we cannot deliver.
Acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch your package. When we dispatch the order a purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed prior to dispatch, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
PRICE, DESCRIPTION & AVAILABILITY
Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate where applicable. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If you have already received the goods we ask that you send them back to us, upon receipt we will issue a full refund and any costs you in incur returning the item.
Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot give advice on what these costs will be, please consult your local customs office for more information.
DELIVERY
Orders within the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail. All international orders are shipped using either DHL Express. Orders are processed from Monday - Friday excl. public holidays. Please allow extra time to dispatch orders during busy seasonal times of the year, such as sale periods, Black Friday, Christmas and New Years, due to the increase in orders we receive and have to process. Once orders are dispatched, we are unable to cancel or change the delivery address, so please ensure that all details are correct when placing you order. You will receive an order conformation e-mail to confirm you have placed your order, an e-mail once your order has been dispatched and a 3rd e-mail with tracking information once available from our courier's.
Royal Mail:
UK orders are sent via our partners at Royal Mail. We operate on a Tracked 48hrs & 24hrs service that may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery instructions are as standard to leave parcels with a neighbour if the recipient is not available. Please take this into account when placing your order.
Some international orders may be sent via Royal Mail, and as standard are delivered in 7-21 working days after you have received a dispatch email. Arrival time of packages may vary from country to country. You will receive a tracking number once the parcel has entered the Royal Mail network and this can be tracked via the link in the e-mail you will receive.
DHL & International Partners:
Most international orders are sent via DHL Express or a number of other international couriers that you can choose from. Please note you will have the option to pick either a premium DHL Express service or a standard tracked and signed service operated through another partner. Once dispatched, standard delivery times are 3 - 21 days varying from country to country and per the service you selected. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order has entered the delivery network.
Some of our partners offer the option of pre-paying customs or duty surcharges. By pre-paying these charges, it will speed up delivery of your order once your order has entered your country.
Please note that we make sure to try to adhere to these timescales as best as possible, however we cannot be accountable to carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, acts of god, customs inspections and other circumstances that are outside of Studio Seventeen Clothing’s control.
Orders that have been delivered successfully with a signature by Royal Mail or our couriers cannot be contested with Studio Seventeen, if you are claiming non-receipt when we have delivery confirmation (signature) you will have to take it up with the delivery company.

RETURNS
You can return any item (including sale items), unless stated otherwise, within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, including all tags and correspondence. All returns will be inspected upon receipt by ourselves. If we deem any of the items returned to not be in a re-saleable condition, your refund will not be processed and you will be contacted. Studio Seventeen will not be responsible for refunding any original postage costs, nor any postage costs incurred when returning items, unless we are at fault for anything throughout the order process.
We will refund directly to the payment method used to place the original order within 5 days once we have inspected the returned item(s) and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was when first delivered to you. However, during busy seasonal times of the year, such as sale periods, Black Friday, Christmas and New Years, issuing refunds may take longer.
The returning items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package the items carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during the return process. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We recommend using a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and includes tracking so we can easily see the location of the returning items. This insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Please go to our 'Returns' section for information on how to return your items.

SECURITY
Studio Seventeen take the security of our customers' details very seriously and as such have measures in place on both our website when creating an account and when taking payment to ensure your personal details are kept safe.

LAW
These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
